The WhoIs data says the domain was created on 8th January 2019 and currently has an expiry date of 8th January 2020. Its lifespan is exactly one year which is common among rogue online pharmacies that become scam soon after the launch. The domain is also using a shared server which is also used by 8 other websites. The data also says the registrant country is Canada, but there are 3 other countries involved in its set up – the United States, The UK, and one random country that keeps getting altered after a certain period raises our suspiciousness.
Unfortunately, the owner is using a paid service to hide their identity and their actual physical location. The ScamAdviser data shows that these important details are protected by GDPR law and are not available at public domain. We also tried to reach out to them via email, live chat, and their telephone numbers but to no avail. Most of the time they don’t respond even if they chose to, you get an automated pre-recorded response.
Since its alleged country of origin is Canada, we try to find the business out in the Canadian database. Unsurprisingly, we did not find any traces of their existence in the Canadian database. The CIPA data shows they are not registered with them either. The LegitScript classifies them as a rogue pharmacy meaning their products are not safe for humans to consume and will likely have some kind of side effects.
Just like other rogue pharmacies, they also sell men’s generic health drugs along with some other health medicines to look legit more than anything. Most of their best-selling medicines are generic-health drugs meant to improve performance in bed. Some of their products include:
They also don’t require any valid prescription before selling their products, but they do recommend to consult your doctor before ordering anything.
If you look at the prices of some of their best-selling generic health drugs, you could be pretty sure that they are not the original product. There is no way you can find these products at this rate in regular markets nor they are actually approved by the FDA. These are most likely the counterfeited items of the original ones that are sourced and dispensed from developing countries where these drugs are available at cheaper rates.
They accept payments via credit cards issued by Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Diners Club, Discover, AmEx, and E-Checks. However, they do send you to an external link during checkout which they claim to be secure. They also have SSL seals in both their website and the external payment getaway, but we found those seals to be fake meaning your sensitive information likely to be stolen or duplicated for future use.
The pharmacy ships their products internationally by using two shipping methods. They are:
❋ Airmail, with an estimated delivery period of 14 to 21 days and a delivery charge of $10 with tracking
❋ Trackable Courier Service, with an estimated delivery period of 5 to 9 days and a delivery charge of $30 with tracking available
They also offer free generic pills with every order you make on their website.
They have their own testimonial page where you can read and find out what their customers are saying. Unfortunately, like most rogue pharmacies all these Top-Meds-Mart.com reviews turned out to be fake and not legitimate at all. We found most of these reviews in several other rogue pharmacies during our various investigations.
The pharmacy has every indication of being a scam business and likely dupe people with their lucrative offers and cheaper prices. The owner’s decision to remain anonymous and not to get registered with any legal authorities as well as using fake SSL seals does not bode well for its legitimacy. We recommend you to not to use their products or services otherwise your information could get stolen or used in unlawful activities.
