TrustMedPills.com is an online pharmacy that claims to be in operation for over 7 years and sells men’s generic health drugs at a cheaper price. That also guarantees 100% product shipping and all their products are approved by the FDA. However, the pharmacy website shares its layout with several other rogue online pharmacies and made several claims that can only be made by a rogue pharmacy. We reviewed the pharmacy to check their legitimacy as well as the quality of their drugs and services. Read below to more about our findings.

The Whois data of this pharmacy says the domain was created on 21st May 2014 and currently has an expiry date of 21st May 2020. The longer domain lifespan generally indicates a legit business, so the pharmacy is off to a good start. However, the owner of this domain is using a proxy service to hide their identity and location. The pharmacy also shares its server with 404 other websites. Hiding identity and shared servers are both commons among rogue pharmacies.
The ScamAdviser data of this pharmacy says the owner of this pharmacy is using a privacy service to hide their identity and their location. The data also says the business is likely to be located in Xiamen, China which is considered to be a high-risk country for these kinds of businesses. All their contact details such as telephone, email, live chat are not in operation and we did not get any response from their social media pages either.
Till now we found enough evidence of them being a scam business, but to be completely sure of what we had to check their legal status, We searched their existence in the databases of several concerned authorities such as CIPA, MPA, Pharmacy Checker, etc and unsurprisingly, there were no traces of this pharmacy in any of these authority’s databases. Furthermore, LegitScript has reviewed the pharmacy and classified it as a rogue business meaning its products are of low quality and are not safe for human consumption.
Like most rogue pharmacies, this one too sells men’s generic health drugs intended to improve performance on the bed along with a few other medications only to look genuine and avoid legal scrutiny. Some of their products include:
❋ Antibiotics, Antiviral, Antifungal
❋ Blood Pressure, Cancer, Cholesterol
❋ Diabetes, Migraine
❋ Pain Relief
Most of their best-selling items are available at a price you will not be able to find in regular drugstores. There is no way these drugs are genuine and most likely the counterfeited items of the original product. They are produced in developing countries such as India, Pakistan, China, etc and brought into the country through cross-border smuggling. They don’t require any prescription either before selling their drugs.
The pharmacy accepts payments via credit cards issued by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and E-Checks. They don’t accept any other payment options as of now. You will also be transferred to an external payment getaway which is not SSL secured meaning there is a high possibility they will try to steal or duplicate your sensitive information during checkout.
The pharmacy claims to ship their products worldwide and they use the following two methods to ship their products:
❋ Airmail, with an estimated delivery period of 2 to 3 weeks with no tracking, and
❋ EMS Courier Delivery, with an estimated delivery period of 5 to 7 business days with tracking available
The final shipping charge will depend on your physical location and the weight of your parcel. It can get delayed at the customs sometimes, so you need to be patient if you don’t receive your parcel on the stipulated time. They also offer free pills with every order you make on their website.
The pharmacy has its customer testimonial section where you can read about the experiences of their past customers. Unfortunately, during our investigation, we found that all these TrustMedPills.com reviews are fake and created by the owner itself to attract even more customers. Some of these reviews are common sightings on several other rogue pharmacies.
As mentioned earlier, this pharmacy is a complete scam. Apart from longer domain existence, there is nothing that indicates this is a legit pharmacy. The owner’s decision to hide their identity and location, no legal approval and SSL certificates, fake reviews all are common indicators of a rogue business. We will advise you to stay away from this pharmacy and protect your identity and well-being.
We give this pharmacy a 15% trust level based on our investigation.
