Company Information

The home page of the pharmacy is just like any other professional pharmacy. It tries pretty hard to convince you to purchase the medicines. However, we will start our research by digging deeper into the about us page of this pharmacy.

Right on top of the about us page, the pharmacy states that it is the biggest worldwide online distributor of generic medicines. false claimsThe problem is that there is no way to verify this claim. If the pharmacy can lie once, it can lie again as well.

The pharmacy states on the about us page that the manufacturers are approved by WHO and follow GMP. The problem is, once again, it is really difficult to verify these claims as well. You have to just go by the word of the pharmacy.

Domain Details

The domain of the pharmacy was registered in March 2022. It means that the pharmacy is not even one year old. How did the pharmacy become the biggest online distributor of generic medicines in less than one year? Probably not! It clearly indicates that the pharmacy is making false claims.

Business Profile

TCScamAdviser also states that this pharmacy can be risky. The owner of this pharmacy is trying to hide its WHOIS information. Not only that, the pharmacy doesn’t have a lot of traffic either. Having fewer visitors is certainly a red flag for a pharmacy that claims to be the largest distributor of generic medicines. Additionally, the nascent age of this pharmacy is another reason to keep away from it.

Regulatory Agencies

The about us webpage states that the manufacturers are WHO-approved. They follow GMP practices. rogue statusHowever, that doesn’t mean much. The medicines it sells need to be FDA approved to be safe.

The FAQ page states that the generic medicines are according to European and international regulations. Apart from that, it does not make any other claim. Additionally, the website isn’t approved by LegitScript and is not a CIPA member either. LegitScript states that it is a rogue website. In a nutshell, you can assume it does not have the requisite regulatory approvals.

Available Products

Since it sells generic medicines, the number of medicines it offers is quite a few. productsIt caters to categories like:

  • Men’s Health, Asthma, Breathing disorders
  • Tuberculosis, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C

Since it mentions that it sells generic drugs, you cannot find the branded medicines on this website.

Pricing

Branded medicines are expensive as compared to generic ones. That is why, when you go through the prices on this website, you will realize that it is possible to save money by going with generic medicines. The only problem is that you cannot be 100% sure about the quality of those medicines. That is why they can also lead to side effects in the long run.

Besides the difference between generic and branded medicines, the website currently offers you 10% off on all the medicines. It runs such promotions from time to time. Still, since you cannot be 100% sure about the medicine quality, it is best to avoid the pharmacy.

Payments and Deliveries

The pharmacy’s home page states that it provides you PayPal as a payment option. Using PayPal, you can use your various cards like MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and so on.

methods

PayPal is a secure payment method. If you’re worried about your payment data, it is entirely safe. The website offers free delivery only over orders of $199. Anything less than that, and you will have to pay additional shipping charges.

deliveryIn terms of shipping methods, the pharmacy doesn’t disclose much. It just states that it offers you 100% secure delivery. Once you enter your pin code while ordering, you will easily know the turnaround time. However, since it primarily sources drugs from overseas manufacturers, do not expect to receive the medicines in just a week.

Customer Reviews

Trustpilot has no GenericMate.com reviews. Despite this, the pharmacy states on its own page that it has over 20,000+ reviews on Trustpilot. That is another false claim by this pharmacy.

no reviews

The pharmacy makes many outrageous claims. It lies to its potential customers as well. There is no way to trust this pharmacy, so it is best to avoid it.

Because of the false claims, we give it a 20% trust level.

  1. Generic Mate … has not yet delivered my product in 3 weeks and even the tracking system website seemed very strange. Although I have contacted them many times … they amway find excuses to delay my order. As of today end of April, ordered start of April …. No delivery

    • I’m sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with Generic Mate. Three weeks without delivery and encountering delays despite multiple contacts is indeed disappointing. Have they provided any specific reasons for the delays, or have they offered any solutions or timelines for when you can expect your order? If you need any assistance or advice on how to proceed, feel free to share more details.

  2. I did receive my order after waiting 3 weeks . I needed to order the product twice. But I did receive it and as they told me, the expiration date is 2026. Yes the pricing was the best I found. I used PayPal to purchase.

  3. I shopped around for other pharmacies and compared pricing. As frustrating as the delivery experience was, their prices did beat all the others. So Generic Mate sent me Ivervid 12, a Jeerima product manufacturer.

    • I’m glad to hear that you eventually received your order from Generic Mate, despite the initial delay. It’s reassuring that the product’s expiration date aligns with expectations, and using PayPal for the purchase adds an extra layer of security. While the delivery experience was frustrating, it’s positive to know that their pricing was the most competitive compared to other pharmacies you explored. Thank you for sharing your experience and the details about the product you received. If you have any further feedback or need assistance in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
