Products and Pricing

In the previous sections, you have revealed that the platform has received the CIPA approval seal. One of the primary reasons behind it is that RxConnected.com dispenses the products through authorized and licensed drug manufacturers. Additionally, we have even found that the platform sells both branded drugs and generic pills. Plus, it’s also mentioned that these generic and branded drugs are procured from reputable and high-rated Canadian manufacturers. These drugs are quite affordable. When we have analyzed the drug pricing, we have found that their drug pricing is at par with the average industry rate.

Customer Reviews

It’s really important to validate if the pharmacy has obtained any real-time customer feedback. To find this out, we have taken the assistance of TrustPilot. However, we recently came across a concerning comment that highlights a serious issue. A customer expressed that their trust was destroyed when they called to pause their order, only to have it shipped three days later without their authorization.

negative

They explained that their vet changed the medicine requirements, so they called to pause the order, indicating they would follow up in a few days. Instead, the pharmacy proceeded to bill, charge, and ship without any confirmation. This incident raises significant questions about the pharmacy’s communication and authorization processes.

Conclusion

Well, RxConnected.com is not surely a scam or rogue. The platform seems both legit and safe and it has obtained the CIPA approval seal. However, their business profile details and domain registrant contact details seem to be fake and ambiguous.

Taking all of these factors into account, we have rated it with a 60% trust level.

  1. They destroyed my trust in them when I called to pause my order, and they then shipped it three days later anyway.

My vet changed the medicine requirements as our needs changed, so I called to pause the order. I told them I would follow up when to place the order. They asked how long and I told them it would probably be a few days before I knew.

Instead, they took the opportunity to bill, charge, and ship without my authorization or even confirming with me first.

    • I’m truly sorry to hear about the challenges you faced with your order. Unauthorized shipments can be frustrating, especially when you’ve clearly communicated changes in medication requirements. Have you considered discussing this directly with them to ensure it doesn’t happen again? Additionally, if you’ve found an alternative solution or approach to handle such situations, it would be insightful to hear about it.
