It seems that what has happened is that Nootropicspot (Sergey) never had a problem with delivery until the COVID virus, so he didn’t have to ever make good on his reship guarantee. I have emails from him saying my package is not lost even though Russia Post hasn’t updated since April 16. I contacted USPS and they found no package, I contacted Russia Post and they referred me to USPS. And Nootropicspot (Sergey) will not answer my emails. I see that he is starting to receive other bad feedback on TrustPilot. I feel that he shipped the goods, but they were lost somewhere and he doesn’t want to make good on his reship guarantee.
